The staff were efficient. I received a room upgrade upon arrival, also a welcome drink. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.

I found the staff kind and polite. The location is great. it is close to town, a short taxi ride to the mall. breakfast had many choices, even for fussy eaters. i had free access to a nice beach at a sister hotel. it took thirty minutes by taxi, but it was relaxing. there were free towels, showers, toilets and sun beds available.
the gym was complete, however, the pool was only average. there was not much space to lie down. the hotel is quite far from the metro. i needed a taxi to move around most of the time.

My room offered a partial canal view and access to a private beach. the amenities were well maintained, contributing to a comfortable and convenient stay. This added a nice touch to the visit.

the staff were mostly friendly. the location was quite central. i appreciated the room size in my family room. breakfast had a good variety, with both international and local options available.
the pool area lost sun early in the afternoon. the gym's equipment showed wear. i found the blackout blinds not effective. some noise from nearby rooms was noticeable.
